Webliska AI is operated by Webliska Technologies Inc ("we", "us", "our"), which is the contracting party for all Webliska AI subscriptions and purchases. This policy explains when we refund payments, how to cancel, and what happens afterwards. It applies to Webliska AI subscription plans and to credit packs bought as an add-on.
If you are not satisfied with Webliska AI, we will refund your first subscription payment in full if you ask within 30 days of that payment. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike, and to the first payment on a new subscription.
You do not need to give a reason, provide evidence, or justify your request, and there is no limit on how much of the service you used during that period. Ask, and we refund.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops all future charges.
Renewal payments are not refundable. Cancelling stops your next payment and every payment after it; it does not reverse a payment that has already been taken. If you no longer want your subscription, please cancel before your next renewal date.
Credit packs are a consumable add-on. If you have not used any credits from a pack, we will refund it in full within 30 days of purchase. Once you have used any credits from a pack, that pack is no longer refundable.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel subscription" from the address on your account. We will confirm your cancellation within one business day.
Your cancellation takes effect from the date you send the request. You will not be charged again after that date, even if it takes us a day to reply. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request" from the address on your account, and tell us which payment you would like refunded.
We may offer to help with a technical problem first if that is what you would prefer, but we will never require you to accept support instead of a refund. If you ask for a refund, we process the refund.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We are usually able to approve a refund on the same day we receive the request; once approved, your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account. That final step is controlled by your bank, not by us.
If the card or account used for the original purchase has since been closed, contact us and we will work with you and our payment provider to find an alternative route.
When we issue a refund, the related subscription is cancelled and access to the paid features ends. Content you created while subscribed remains yours; please export anything you want to keep before your access ends, and contact us if you need help doing so.
We may decline a refund where we have clear evidence of fraudulent payment activity, or where an account has been used to breach our Terms and Conditions, such as by reselling access or attempting to bypass usage limits. We will tell you the reason if this happens.
Repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product is not something this policy is designed to cover, and we may decline to sell to an account that does so. This is not intended to affect anyone making a genuine refund request.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law that applies to you, and nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep your statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, in addition to the 30-day guarantee described above.
If your rights under local consumer law are more generous than this policy, those rights apply.
